Effective asset management of construction organization

This paper discusses the theoretical and practical issues of asset management by an enterprise on an example of the Limited Liability Company "Enterprise Stroymeh". On the basis of analysis of the structure of fixed assets, their composition, condition and use efficiency were made conclusions that will later decide administrative tasks and improve productivity.
