Management efficiency in sphere of youth policy in Krasnodar region and ways of its optimization

In this article the author considers the current problems of development of youth policy in Krasnodar region, namely the effectiveness of management in the field of youth policy. The article discusses the institutionalization of regional activities and youth policy. The article is focused on finding the effective solutions to the problems the youth policy can provide to the Russian society the confidence in its security and competitiveness in the conditions of globalization
