Efficiency of implementation of lean elements production at the enterprise (on the example of JSC “KORMZ”)

The article is devoted to the issues of the effectiveness of the introduction of elements of lean production at the enterprise. The enterprise of JSC “KORMZ” was chosen as the object of research. The essence and principles of the concept of lean production are considered. The economic efficiency of the introduction of lean production elements is calculated. Another element of lean production, which was introduced at JSC “KORMZ”, considered in this article, is the organization of the working space (5C). The key performance indicators were the production, the time of the process and the volume of the inventory rate in the flow. The introduction of 5C proved to be effective according to the presented indicators. The developed algorithm can be used at the stage of analyzing the possibilities of applying lean production measures in enterprise divisions and preliminary assessment of the effectiveness of implementing measures at the enterprise level as a whole.
