Efficiency of lean production methods implementation to increase labor productivity at industrial enterprises

The article considers the tools used in introducing and applying lean production methods at industrial enterprises. The analysis of the effectiveness of using these methods in different industries has been carried out and the degree of increase in labor productivity after their implementation has been estimated. The article highlights the main advantages of using these methods. It is noted that for successful implementation of lean production methods it is necessary an active involving of enterprise management and personnel training. Recommendations on effective implementation of lean production methods at industrial enterprises are given.
