The effectiveness of pressure flotation implementation for drinking water treatment in the Komi Republic

As a result of pressure flotation method at the water treatment facility in Syktyvkar the problem of drinking water quality is solved. The quality is at comparable to European standards level. This is the first successful industrial experience of pressure flotation in Russia in the practice of drinking water treatment. Economic, environmental and social effects are obtained.
