The article deals with business communications in the field of public administration. In public administration, business communications play an important role, because without business communication, without feedback, management decisions taken will not be effective. Thanks to business communications, the life process of the organization is carried out, the exchange of information between the team leads to the solution and achievement of goals. Employees in the field of public administration should possess professional knowledge and skills, be able to abstract under the risks identified during the service and adequately, promptly eliminate them. This article provides recommendations on the use of effective business communications in the field of public administration and identifies the importance of business communications in the public service.
