It was revealed that the marketing potential of the enterprise allows to evaluate the entire set of marketing resources of the enterprise, and contributes to more accurate management decisions in the field of marketing. The article discusses the main problems of sales activities and suggests ways to solve the identified problems, such as training sales managers, conducting marketing research, developing a motivation system for sales managers, etc.
