Effective methods of public administration: principles and tools

The article examines key principles and tools that contribute to enhancing the efficiency of public administration, with an emphasis on a systemic approach, the integration of modern technologies and managerial practices, as well as the application of mechanisms for assessing and monitoring the performance of public authorities.
