As a result of the study, effective market tools for ensuring competitiveness for real estate agencies were identified, among which IT technology and personnel qualifications occupy the highest priority. Also, as a result of the study, methodological and practical recommendations were developed on the use of effective market tools in the activities of real estate agencies. The practical significance of the study is that the results of the study are useful for the development of real estate agency development programs.
