Effective toolkit for managing the technological processes of organic fertilizers application in consolidation of agricultural production

The development of crop and livestock sectors predetermines the need to consolidate the production and technological processes. The main source of replenishment and restoration of soil fertility is organic fertilizers, which are the most important factor for increasing the yield of agricultural crops and that are produced using the resource and raw materials base of livestock. There was a need to consolidate the production of crop and livestock sectors with the rational organization and management of technological processes for the production and use of organic fertilizers in the agricultural sector. The purpose of the research is to form the effective tools for managing the technological processes of production and application of organic fertilizers within the framework of infrastructure development while consolidating the production of livestock and crop industries using their own resource and raw materials. For the development of the infrastructure for the production and use of organic fertilizers, the structure of managerial decision-making processes for processing organic waste into fertilizers and their further use has been developed, as well as the model for optimizing transport costs with managing the location of processing sites for raw materials. The above-mentioned developments have emerged as the elements of a hierarchical system of resource-product models. A set of practical recommendations has been prepared to increase the level of consolidation in the production of crop and livestock sectors. The development of tools of management of technological processes of production and use of fertilizers as a part of the hierarchical system of resource and product models to optimize production and transportation of organic fertilizers with the placement point for recycling the raw materials makes it possible to form a strategy to accommodate the technological platforms for the processing of manure (dung), to optimize the cargo on the various levels of the hierarchy of the resource-product optimization models and to propose a set of measures to increase the level of agricultural production consolidation.
