Effective contract in the field of social services

The article presents the results of a study related to the problems of the theory and practice introduction of an effective labor contract in the field of social services for the population. The author has considered ways to improve the remuneration systems operated in the organizations of that sphere, and also investigated some approaches in the application of employee performance indicators and criteria of their evaluation when establishing incentive payments in order to increase employee motivation to improve the quality of social services. Attention is paid to the methods of stimulating the labor activity of employees of organizations using the mechanisms of an effective contract.
