We present data on amplitude and phase variations of signals (14.88 kHz) of stations located near Krasnodar, Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk, and recorded in Yakutsk and Ulan-Ude on 15 February 2013 during Chelyabinsk meteoroid explosion. Phase variations of Krasnodar station signal, according to data of Yakutsk and Ulan-Ude recorders, from 04:00 to 09:00 UT on 15 February 2013, were 20° and 15° that seemed to be the meteoroid explosion effects. On the basis of synchronic recording of Krasnodar signal in Yakutsk and Ulan-Ude, and under suggestion of the impact of celestial body on the low (60-90 km) ionosphere parameters, we estimated the size of the low ionosphere disturbance region. For this region, cross sectional and axial dimensions were 610 and 1400 km, respectively.
