Minilaparotomic еchinococcectomy under local anesthesia in a patient with a giant cyst of the right lobe of the liver and severe heart disease

The article describes a case of successful surgery under local anesthesia for the patient with a giant hydatid cyst of the right lobe of the liver accompanied by a severe heart disease. A follow-up examination after 14 months revealed no signs of the relapse of the disease.
