Gastropancreatoduodenal resection involving portomesenteric autovenous prosthetics

A clinical case of successful treatment of a patient with a gigantic hydatid cyst of the right hepatic lobe with a severe cardiac pathology under local anesthesia was described. The follow-up 14 months after the surgery revealed no instrumental signs of the disease relapses.
