Ecophysiological features of cultures growth isolated from lakes Dikoe and Kotokelskoe(Republic of Buryatia)

The cultures of cyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae from lakes Dikoye and Kotokels- koye were identified. As a result of a laboratory experiment to identify the characteris- tics of growth the cultures were neutrophilic and halotolerant organisms. Active growth of isolated organisms was observed at pH 8 and NaCl concentration from 0-100 g/l.
