The ecological diagnostics of the special protected natural areas: the use of morphophysiological indicators at the example of small mammals

The complex study of the indexes of organs of small mammals is conducted. The indicators of interlinking between different morphological and functional parameters of animals are considered. There is used the factor-based analysis by the method of principal components for revealing the key variables that reflect indirectly the stability of ecosystem in common. The acquired results contribute to the evaluation of state of some special protected natural areas in the conditions of Nizhny Novgorod.
