Ecological assessment of influence of zinc acetate on his contents in plants of Tanacetum vulgare L.

In recent years in Russia zinc fertilizers under crops actually weren't used. It has led to the fact that the most part of soils of the Russian Federation has the low and average content of mobile zinc. Enrichment of crops including herbs, minerals is an actual task in a solution of the problem of zinc insufficiency in soils and crop production. The evidence-based system of their effective application is necessary for rational use of minerals. In this connection the important place is taken by researches on identification of influence of microfertilizers including zinc, on microelement structure of herbs, at their cultivation under production conditions. In work zinc acetate influence on his contents in medicinal raw materials of a tansy ordinary is studied. The field experiment has been put in 2012 on the skilled field of Omsk GAU on the meadow and chernozem low-power low-humic tyazhelosuglinisty soil. In experience brought settlement doses of zinc (from 20 to 80 kg a.i./hectare). Zinc was brought on N135P45K45 background. As microfertilizer used zinc acetate ((CH3COO)2Zn - 29.7 %). The conducted researches have shown that the content of zinc in plants of a tansy ordinary depends on doses of the introduced zinc fertilizers and year of carrying out researches. The obtained data have allowed to establish correlation connection between intake of zinc and its contents in plants of a tansy ordinary. On the basis of it we have of- fered a formula for forecasting of content of zinc in plants of a tansy ordinary in case of application of this element as microfertilizer.
