Russia's environmental policy: prospects for using world experience

The article analyzes the directions and trends in the development of environmental safety in the Russian Federation and foreign countries. Based on the experience of the environmental policy of the European Union, China, the countries of the Pacific region, the leading aspects of possible cooperation between many countries and the Russian Federation in the preservation of the environment and world ecology are revealed. The article raises questions of the relationship between the environment and the system of economic management. Conclusions are drawn about the impact of the environmental agenda on the socio-political processes and the sustainability of civil society in the context of public administration of the country, region. An analysis of the ecological situation in developed and developing countries is carried out, as well as an analysis of the financing of state programs to solve environmental problems and protect the environment. The issues of ideological education of citizens are raised, which becomes elements of Russian international identity and the basis for cooperation within the framework of economic and political associations. Especially in the period of transformational changes in world politics and the creation of a multipolar architecture of international relations.
