Ecological sustainability in the redevelopment of industrial areas near MCC stations

The article examines approaches to ensuring ecological sustainability in the redevelopment of industrial areas adjacent to the Moscow Central Circle (MCC) stations. Contemporary concepts of ecological design are discussed, as well as the problems of pollution and degradation of former industrial zones, alongside methods of reclamation and greening. Special attention is paid to the role of green frameworks, soft mobility systems, and natural filters in shaping a comfortable and sustainable urban environment. It is concluded that ecological sustainability is an integral part of the comprehensive approach to redevelopment and forms the basis for the harmonious development of the metropolis.
