A federal emergency regime was introduced, various structures were involved in operational cooperation with the Ministry of Emergency Situations with the introduction of high - tech technologies for the rapid collection of fuel oil and dirty sand, as well as the rescue of birds and dolphins. Volunteers from all over the country and caring people rushed to help to protect the ecological situation of the region.
