Environmental factors and their influence on the activities and development of the iron-and-steel industry

The article substantiates relevance of the research topic. It shows iron-and-steel industry enterprises’ environmental contaminants density in dynamics, considers environmental factors and their influence on the production and economic activities of the metallurgical enterprises and their development. The authors discuss special features and approaches of the economic issues solution at the national and foreign metallurgic enterprises. A complex of measures that takes into account the environmental factors and could be a basis of the Russian iron-and-steel industry development is also suggested.
