Ecological, geopolitical and transport features of strategy development region of South-Western Siberia

This article considers geopolitical and transport features of strategy of Siberia's spatial development in a view of new turn of russian politics to East and orientation to countries of The Asia-Pacific region Special focus is to ecological limiters and deterrent factors of new projects wich are developing now (new transport system of Siberia, economic zone of new Great Silk Road), to ecological problems of South-Western Siberia and Kurgan region.
