Ecological and epizootic aspects of estimation the state of anchovy-like sprat (Clupeonella engrauliformis) in Caspian Sea

Results of complex researches on diagnostics the oncological and mycotic disease of the internal organs of anchovy-like sprat are presented. Taxonimic identification of micellium micromycets, striking liver, spleen and gonads of fishes is spent. The revealed relatively-pathogenic fungi concerned to kinds of Al-ternaria and Aspergillus. Level of the infected fishes changes in seasonal and annual aspect. It is estab-lished that the major factors defining epizootic trouble of anchovy sprat populationt, are hydrological-hydrochemical regime and toxicological conditions of Caspian sea.
