Environmental problems of the city of Oryol and the Oryol region

This article is a comprehensive study that focuses on analyzing the key factors that determine the environmental situation in the urban environment of the city and the Oryol region. Special attention is given to the critical components of the natural environment, such as water, soil, and air. The article examines the main sources of anthropogenic pollution and raises the issue of solid municipal waste (SMW) management. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the situation, the article proposes a set of measures to improve the environmental situation. The article presents not only short-term solutions but also strategic directions for sustainable development.
