Ecological framework as an environmental system of the Rostov region

The model of ecological framework of the Rostov region is developed, ecological cores and a network of ecological corridors are planned. As "ecological core" of the proposed state nature biosphere reserve "Rostovsky" state nature reserves "Tsimlyanskaya", "Gorny", "left Bank", a natural Park "Donskoy". As natural ecological corridors of the region the valleys of the rivers Don, Manych, Seversky Donets, Chir, Sal, Dead Donets, Kalitva, Kagalnik, Yegorlyk are allocated; reservoirs and lakes of the Kumo-Manych depression, system of forest belts.
