Ecological agriculture in countries EU: regulatory framework

The desire of most Russians to eat healthy food stimulates the demand for environmentally friendly products, which the majority of consumers are willing to buy even at a higher price with the appropriate state markings. However, most of such products presented in commercial enterprises, through various marketing gimmicks (greenwashing) only marketed as organic, although in reality it is not. One of the most promising and priority directions in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation from 01.12.2016 № 642 «On the strategy of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation» is a highly efficient ecological agriculture to ensure the production not only affordable (mass) of organic products, but also protection of the environment.
