The article is devoted to the urgent problem of increasing diseases of people due to poor ecology, exacerbated by transport activities. An assessment of the environmental impact of the transport complex confirms the growth of the harmful effects of transport on natural objects, which has caused serious illnesses in people. Not only those who are connected with the activity of transport, but also many other inhabitants of places where vehicles worsen the environment, increasing the level of environmental pollution, multiplying the causes of the growth of diseases, have a negative impact on health. The suffering of patients prompts the search for new ways to preserve the environment in a state that will not harm human health. Maintaining a good environment, strengthening people’s health and developing transport are tasks of paramount importance that can be fruitfully solved if each of them is subordinate to the protection of human rights and legitimate interests.
