The article presents the prerequisites for the joint use of bioenergy and thermal photoelectric installations. The data on the growth of the livestock at the animal husbandry enterprises in Russia are presented. It is shown that there is a sharp increase in the number of livestock at pig breeding enterprises, which are objects of negative impact on the environment of the 1st category, and the waste of pigs belongs to the III hazard class. The flow and characteristics of manure from pig breeding enterprises are presented. The aim of the work is the ecological and economic assessment of the joint use of bioenergy and thermal photoelectric plants for energy production by anaerobic bioconversion of organic waste from animal husbandry. It is shown that the bioenergy potential of organic waste from pig breeding is 50.4 PJ / year. A method for increasing the efficiency of power generation during anaerobic bioconversion of waste is proposed, including the use of a microbial electrolysis cell powered by a thermal photoelectric plant. It is shown that for the processing of organic waste of pig breeding in the Russian Federation with the help of bioenergy plants with the integrated use of MEC and thermal photovoltaic plants, it is necessary to spend 65.3 billion rubles with an annual production of 8.23 billion rubles only through the sale of electricity at a rate of 6 rubles / kWh.
