Ecological and economic problems of creation and use of the artificial reservoirs in the Central Povolzhye

There is examined in historical aspect the development of water-management system in the Central Volga region on the example of Samara region in comparison with the adjacent regions. There is the analysis of both e and zone features as well as the preventive strategy of rational water use.
