Ecological and economic justification of payment for natural resources and for environmental pollution

In the Russian Federation, the problem of accumulated environmental damage is acute with an increase in the overall negative impact on the environment. The problem of anthropogenic impact, depletion of natural resources, as well as large-scale environmental pollution due to demographic growth is one of the current topical issues. Increasingly important is the connection with the desire of mankind to maximize profits, i.e. in order to achieve economic efficiency. The article focuses on ecological and economic relations within the framework of improving state regulation in the field of environmental protection, as a payment for the negative impact on the environment.
