Economic security of public health care: the structure of resource potential

The main groups of threats to the economic security of the public health care system were considered. The methodical approach to evaluation of threats caused by the structure imbalance in resource potential of health care was described in detail. The approach was illustrated in an example of an analysis performed for statistical data on the resource potential of the public health-care subsystem.
