Economic security of the country in the context of globalization

In the framework of this study, the main provisions of economic security at the country level are identified due to the impact of basic globalization processes, as well as the features of integration for the final provision of the country’s economic security. The key issues describing the threats and opportunities to the country’s economic security in the context of the expanding globalization of the world economy are presented. The author systematizes various approaches to the definition of economic security in foreign and domestic studies. The tasks of strategic development, the key aspects of maintaining and ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation in modern conditions under the influence of globalization trends are highlighted. The conclusion is substantiated that the crisis phenomena affecting the Russian economy are formed as a result of structural external and internal imbalances, which determines the need to correct the imbalance in the functioning of the economic system, as well as to determine the drivers of development.
