Economic efficiency and problems of application of digital technologies in the social sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article considers the economic efficiency and problems of application of digital technologies in the social sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic. Key areas of digitalization, such as healthcare, education, social protection and public services, are analyzed. The main advantages of implementing technologies are noted, including cost reduction, increased availability and quality of services, the fight against corruption and the development of human capital. Particular attention is paid to economic benefits, including cost optimization, transparency of operations and attracting investment. At the same time, barriers to digitalization, limited infrastructure, insufficient level of digital literacy of the population, financial constraints and risks associated with cybersecurity were identified. The results of the study emphasize the strategic importance of digitalization of the social sphere for the sustainable development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
