The state economic strategy as a condition of the innovative development of a country

The article studies the role of the state in regulating the economic sector and its differences in state-controlled and market economies. The authors makes a comparison of main kinds of state strategies — liberal, regulated and mobilisation. It suggests possible scenarios of the social and economic development of Russia in the future, based on an innovative strategic course.
