In article the general approaches and results the express-calculations of technical and costal parameters of materials and details structurization in various variants of noise decreasing complete sets rationalization of vehicles are presented. The desribed approaches to complex analysis and proved choice of highly effective, more harmless and economic noise decreasing complete sets is recommended to apply concerning others noise active objects of technics (industrial, technological and power equipment, home appliances, other types of ground, water and air transport).
