Economic and legal aspects of diversification of Russian agricultural exports

The article examines the dynamics, establishes the main trends and factors of Russian exports for the period 2019-2021. It has been established that among the top five commodity items of Russian exports in the analyzed period, agricultural products and food are the most dynamically developing segment. The growth rate of this product group is 45.1%, which significantly exceeds the growth rate of Russian exports in general (+10.7%), as well as other product groups. The instruments of state regulation are substantiated to improve the efficiency of policy in the field of foreign economic activity in the context of strengthening the competitiveness of Russian commodity producers (including branches of the agro-industrial complex), as well as increasing their share in world markets. The results of the study can be used by government authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the preparation and implementation of programs for socio-economic development and structural diversification of the regional economy.
