Economic interests of investors: practice and theory

In the article the analysis of theoretical views about the economic interests of investors. Determined the direct economic interests of investors, the role of the recipient in implementing them. Identified the practice of dividend policy. The possible options of actions of the shareholders and their real solutions. The result of this research is to identify the problem of lack of direct economic interests of shareholders and the absence of prospects of their implementation.
