This article examines the main economic interests of participants in the formation of a development strategy, such as owners, consumers, top management, employees (personnel) of the enterprise and the state regional authorities on the example of wineries of the Krasnodar Territory. The relevance of mutual consideration of these interests in the formation of a strategic plan is substantiated.
