Economic mechanisms and directions of sustainable development of agricultural territories and settlements

In this article the problems of development of rural territories are considered. The background of the problem is analyzed. The causes of this problem are detailed in the Russian Federation. The necessity of helping the agro-industrial territories from the state was revealed and justified. The sources of assistance and the algorithm for the formation of an effective mechanism for the sustainable development of rural areas are identified.
