Economic consequences of amendments included the law on share building investment

The article analyzes the reasons for the changes in the Law on Shared Construction No. 214-FZ and the consequences of the use of short stories. The author concludes that as a result of legislative changes, in particular excessive tightening of requirements for developers, the problem of defrauded co-investors will not disappear, and the amendments will inevitably entail the emergence of new social and economic problems.
