Economic consequences of climatic changes in the russian arctic: infrastructure aspect

In the article, the economic consequences of climate changes in the Russian Arctic are considered. It is revealed that the major negative factor of climate change for economic activity in the Arctic is degradation of permafrost because of increase in average annual temperature. Assessment of damage to infrastructure is carried out.
