Economic crimes on railway transport infrastructure as an object of the forensic science analysis

The article is devoted to the research of economic operations on railway transport as an object of the forensic science analysis. The description of economic activity performed by railway transport objects and crimes committed in this area are provided. The authors review the influence of specific features in railway transport objects functioning on detection and investigation of crimes in this sphere. The necessity of theoretical grounds for criminal investigation in economics of railway transport is also justified.
