Economic analysis total cost of rehabilitation of patients with ischemic heart disease

Aims. Presents an analysis of the economic efficiency of physical rehabilitation of patients after myocardial infarction using physical training. Materials and Methods. The study included 110 patients (mean age 58,3 ± 9,8 years) who were randomized into two groups: a group of natural training (n = 53) and control group (n = 57). Physical training included natural walking on level ground at a speed steps corresponded coaching capacity (60% of maximum heart rate achieved during initial test 6-minute walk). Results. The analysis showed that the full course of drug therapy in the comparison group was on 790.043,83 rubles more than in the physical training, the cost of instrumental and laboratory research in the physical training group were lower on 142.776,8 rubles. Conclusions. Using controlled physical training program in the rehabilitation of patients with myocardial infarction can achieve a higher quality of life in patients with comparable costs materiel outpatient treatment.
