Economic framework as a factor of safety and risk reduction: pre-project studies (on the materials of the Altai territory)

The article reflects the results of a pre-project study on the formation of the economic framework of the territory. The stages of analysis and evaluation of the formation of the economic framework of the territories are revealed. The analysis and assessment of the level of socio-economic development of the Barnaul agglomeration and its constituent municipalities was carried out, the significance of the analyzed territorial system in the general level of development of the Altai Territory was determined, and positive effects were identified in the formation of the economic framework of the region.
