Economic mechanism of conversion of the mining industry of depressive regions of the south of Russia

Article is devoted to economy of mining in the course of its conversion on innovative technologies of production of metals. It opens the economic mechanism of increase in efficiency of regional economy connected with enhancement of forms of the organization and management of diversifiable production in the conditions of unstable resource base. Problems of extraction of the metals lost after primary conversion in a subsoil and on the land surface are covered, the argumentation of need of leaching of metals is provided. The essence of the above is as follows: earlier subsidized economy of depressive regions can be raised by use of innovative technologies. The attention is paid to a problem of preparation of an engineering personnel for conversion implementation.
