Economic justification of the rental rate for land with varying cadastral value at the regional level

The article is devoted to the problem of validity of the rental rate as a balanced economic indicator of charging fees for the use of land plots that are in state ownership and state ownership of which is not delimited. The article proposes a variant of calculating the integral coefficient through analysis of changes in cadastral value indicators and changes in socio-economic indicators of the city of Yekaterinburg by types of activity. The results of the study can be applied by municipal entities in order to justify the calculation coefficients, based on the basic principles of determining the rent.
