Further education development employees of fire forest protection

The state of fire forest protection was studied using the example of one of the most fire hazardous regions of Russia - the Udmurt Republic. Modern statistics on the area of the forest fund in Russia and Udmurtia, the area of fires in forests, the amount of identified economic damage according to the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the number of attracted volunteers are considered. The forces of volunteer formations are considered as the main source of personnel in forest fire extinguishing and fire prevention issues. There was a lack of attention in the forestry industry to the issues of advanced training of specialists and volunteers in the field of fire safety, since in the strategic planning documents in the region - the Forest Plan of the Udmurt Republic for 2019-2028 - there are no funds for organizing and increasing the effectiveness of additional vocational education in the forest profile. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness of additional professional education of a forest profile in matters of fire-fighting enterprises. The costs of organizing additional education have been determined, their profitability has been calculated. The content of educational modules of training programs is disclosed, which amounted to the scientific novelty of the study. It was concluded that it is necessary to disseminate such a training system throughout the management vertical, from forestry to natural resources departments.
