Economic stimulation of innovative activities of the higher educational institutions' personnel

The article is devoted to the economic stimulation of innovative activities of the higher educational institutions' personnel. The author has analyzed the objectives, priorities, principles, functions and goals of the personnel policy in the higher educational institutions. The method for calculating the amount of stimulating bonuses for the innovative activities of the higher educational personnel has been worked out.
