The article studies the civil law problematics in the context of the mutual interaction of law and economics. It is emphasized that inheritance relations have significant specificity as compared to the obligational relations, despite the fact that inheritance relations refer to relations in dynamics. The specific character of organizational relations is demonstrated as well as the reasonability of including them into the civil law subject. The explanations are given that corporative relations are a complex of the property and organizational relations. The conclusion was made that the law is more conservative as compared to the economics and is objectively lagging behind from the economic relations change.
