The economy of developed countries based on the basis of the gold standard

The focus of research is the problem of defining the nature of the classical era, the feasibility of introducing free trade and the gold standard. In this article special attention is paid to such aspects as technological revolutions of the late 19th and early 20th century and their impact on the economy, free trade policies and the impact of the gold standard on trade in developed countries.
